Lochside Yoga is based in Kinlochard, near Aberfoyle. Situated in the heart of Scotland, in the middle of the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park, Lochside Yoga offers regular yoga classes and activities for anyone interested in developing their yoga practice, or who just likes to get a good stretch and feel relaxed at the end of a yoga class or session.
Gillian Lester, a qualified yoga teacher, counsellor and trainer runs Lochside Yoga.

Regular yoga can help can help increase your flexibility, aid your fitness and strength levels and helps you relax in times of stress. If you can breathe, you can do yoga and you don’t need to be able to touch your toes! You will learn to gently develop your awareness and to go at your own pace.
With Lochside Yoga, Gillian’s manner and teaching style create a friendly atmosphere. Gillian’s classes are for anyone who is interested in practicing yoga. You don’t need to have any previous yoga experience and if you are not particularly flexible, don’t worry. Neither experience or flexibility are required, unless otherwise specified. If you are experienced and have a good degree of flexibility however, you can really get into your practice, with guidance and support from Gillian.
Weekly classes are currently run in Bridge of Allan, near Stirling and in Kinlochard, near Aberfoyle. As well as yoga classes, Lochside Yoga can provide 1:1 sessions and small group activities specially designed to suit you and meet your needs. Lochside Yoga classes and activities are for people of all abilities, interests and experience.
